Finishing is the Hardest Part
When I was young, I used to take things apart with the thought of fixing them and putting them back together. It was easy taking stuff apart but very difficult to finish the job.
In sports, many teams play a good game and then in the end they just can't get the job done. When I became a contractor, I learned that when you are building a house, things go along very well and at a good pace at the beginning, but the finnish takes along time. When I became a Realtor, It was very easy showing homes, but I learned very quickly that getting the deal to the close was a monumental task. And when I started my Business in Property Management in Orange County Ca. Everyone told me how they would switch to my company, but getting them to actually do it was no easy task.
Finishing in Life is the Hardest part of anything, but if you don't finish, It's not worth starting.
How many things do we start in life with great intensions to finish. We may start to learn how to play an instrument, or we may try and learn a new language, but for whatever reason we never get the job done.
As a contractor and a Real Estate Broker in Property Management In Orange County California, I tell my clients all the time that when we need to get something done on their investment property, we need to use the proper people who know how to finish. That may cost more money, but if a job gets started but never gets finished it will cost much more in the end.
Finishing the job my take time, but well worth the effort, whatever the job may be.
