Fee's, Accounting & Bookkeeping

Landlord Monthly Management Cost
The cost of Management per month is 6% of monthly rent

Tenant Move in Cost
To acquire a new Tenant and move them into a Property, the cost is 1/2 of one months rent.

Owner Distribution
We distribute owner funds quickly, using Direct Deposit. Once we transfer the money, the funds will be available in 2 to 3 business days

Monthly and Year End Reports
We email monthly accounting reports and year end Income/Expense and Schedule E Assist Reports. 1099's are mailed in a timely fashion.

    Try to avoid Drama

 

  In every business, problems arise and as the head of the business you always try and avoid unnecessary drama. In my business of Property Management in Orange County California, I am confronted with problems almost every day and the way I handle the problems or situations make a huge difference in the outcome.

 

I look at what is going on with the NFL and the way the commissioner Roger Goodell had botch the Tom Brady situation. Goodell has taken a minor situation that most people had forgotten about and blown it up into a situation that seems headed to court. This is a perfect example of bad leadership and the best thing for the NFL to do now is get rid of Goodell as commissioner. I have never seen a leader who makes 30-40 million dollars per year so bad at handling problems that arise, he seems incompetent. If it was not for the owners making so much money under the Goodells rein, he would have been fired long ago.

 

His main job is to keep the integrity of the game, but not at the cost of using the best player in the game as an example of omnipotent power. The report that the NFL did on the deflated footballs was flawed at best and there was no evidence that Tom Brady did anything to force or even ask anyone to deflate the balls, but even if he did, the infraction in no way deserved a 4 game suspension and the NFL was completely to blame for allowing teams to have access to the balls to begin with. The commissioner had the opportunity to seem fair when the situation came up on appeal, he should have recused himself and allowed a neutral arbitrator to take a look at the situation, but he did not do that and it looked like a very one sided appeal.

 

I am tired of the way Goodell has run the NFL and I have decided to cancel my NFL package on Direct TV. I refuse to give the NFL my money if they are going to play these silly games with the fans. The opening game is to be the Patriots since they are the Super Bowl Champs, but now, due to a silly infraction, the Fans and NBC will not have the best player in the league on the field. What the Patriots should do is play all second string players and look at the first game as a final exhibition game. Now I know that they will not do that, but it would serve the NFL right.

 

I am going to use this situation as a bench mark for my business and if I ever find myself making a situation worst by my actions, then I will stop and change course. Roger Goodell should take the same step.
