The worst time of year
As much as I love the weeks leading up to Christmas, I
really don’t like this up coming week and the few weeks to follow. We will be
inundated with the mandatory looks backs at the year that just passed. I don’t
really understand why, since we just lived it.
I do understand that the media is just trying to fill time
since many of their personalities are on vacation, but there must be better
ways to entertain us. Looking back at the year past is a waste of time and I
will not be watching. I would rather scrape the paint off the window sills then
sit there and watch these look backs.
Looking back at history is very important, but 2015 is not
history, it just happened and I really don’t want to rehash yesterday. Put
anything else on the TV, but not 2015.
I will not be watching much TV in the next 3 weeks so
networks put on your re hash programs, I guess it just goes along with the
other junk you put on most of the time anyway.
