Our Business is Property Management in Orange County California
Orange County renters demand understandable
People like to say that when you live in Southern
California, you can go to the beach in the morning and snow ski in the
afternoon and that's all true. I have actually done it and living in Orange
County not only gives you those two options but many more.
Orange County has 42 miles of beaches that are a great place
to go year round and if you go to the beach real early in the morning, you can
see the surfers riding the wave’s everyday and the walkers and bike riders are
there as well. No matter where you live in Orange County, you are no more that
30 minutes from the ocean, depending on the traffic of course.
Driving the coast
The coastline of
Orange County runs from Seal Beach to San Clemente and if you drive Pacific Coast Hwy (PCH) from one end to the other you can get a view of several different
beach towns. Starting from the small city of Seal Beach, going south you drive
through Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach, Dana
Point and then you will end up in San Clemente. Each city has their own flavor
and a unique coastline.
View of the hills
Inland, Orange County goes as far as La Habra to the
Northeast and Trabuco Canyon to the Southeast. If you drive the east part of
Orange County Starting from La Habra you drive through the hills of Brea, Yorba
Linda, Anaheim Hills, Orange, Tustin, Irvine, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo and
Ranch Santa Margarita. All these cities are bordered by unincorporated hills
that separate Orange County from San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Instead
of a coastline view, you have rolling hills and mountains to look at.
Everything in between
In between the hills and the Coast, Orange County of course
has Disneyland in Anaheim, Knots Berry Farm in Burma Park. Angel Stadium of
Anaheim and the Honda Center also in Anaheim and Anaheim also sports the
Anaheim Convention Center. Richard Nixon Presidential Library in Yorba Linda,
South Coast Plaza in Santa Ana, Irvine Regional park and many other
attractions.
There is no other County in California that has so much to
do for all types of personalities.
Renters Demand
For renters, there are many options
depending on your budget. If you want to live on the coast, be ready to pay big
rents, but if you would rather have a view of the hills, you will get a little
break on the rent and if you want economy, the middle of Orange County has many
options. Orange County has added over 4500 new apartments in 2015 due to renters
demand, led by an Irvine development, Park Place, which completed almost 1000
units in 2015
